1. ENQUIRY

This is where your journey begins. We would love to hear about your special day. So that we can be of most help, please provide us with as much information as possible about your events. You can also get in contact with us by Phone, email or via one of our social media Pages, if needed.

2. CONSULTATION

This will be the first time we meet face to face, where you can share your ideas, specific details around your event, and we will bring that vision to life. Don’t worry, this will be a no fee, no obligations consultation.

3. QUOTATION

After meeting with one of our dedicated team members, we will send you a tailored made quotation, which will encompass décor requirements from your consultation. This will be a breakdown of your event package, which allows you to review and make sure we have captured all the details from the consultation.

4. CONFIRMING THE BOOKING

Once you are decided to choose Bandhan Weddings & Events as your décor suppliers, contact one of our team members to confirm your booking. We will take a small refundable security deposits which will be commitment of our services for your event.

5. SAMPLE LOOK

For completely novel ideas, some clients will want see the samples of their décor in person before there event. This is a chance for you to make sure you are completely satisfied with look of the décor and is as you imagined.

6. FEEBACK/ REVIEW OF OUT SERVICE

After your big day, we always seek to hear your reviews and opinions on the services that we have provided.
